CHITAKO vendor assessments are essential to ensure quality standards are met, and should be considered when:

• Looking to place an order with a new supplier

• Audit an existing supplier prior to start of a new project

• Confirm their infrastructure, QMS, Qualified personnel, workload and orderbook.

• Their ability to fulfill the order with regards to both Quality and Delivery Time.

CHITAKO Quality Assurance Audits & Reports

CHITAKO provide vendor/supplier Audits, plus Vendor Assessments to all sectors. Our Auditors will use either the clients project specific format or if this is not available CHITAKO  has designed its own formats for both Audits & Vendor Assessments. Reports for CHITAKO auditing services are issued to clients with all supporting documents and photographs as standard.
